Terms of Service

1. The Service

Ketpy Authenticator is a multi-tenant document verification and issuance platform operated by Ketpy. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your manager credentials secure. Force-change-on-first-login is enforced, but the choice of subsequent passwords is yours. Notify us at team@ketpy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & billing

Billing is annual, manual, and off-platform. We invoice you; you pay via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque. No automatic renewals.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to issue documents that misrepresent identity, qualifications, or affiliation. You may not bulk-issue fraudulent records. We may suspend any tenant we reasonably believe is being used for fraud.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all records you upload. We are merely the processor. You may export your data at any time via the manager dashboard.

6. Intellectual property

The Ketpy Authenticator software, designs, templates, and tagline ("The product of ketpy | Engineered by Gepton.com") are the intellectual property of Ketpy. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Service availability & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 7 days in advance. No SLA-backed credits at this time — get in touch if you need a custom agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

Ketpy's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fee you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can stop renewing at any time. We can suspend tenants found in violation of acceptable use, with notice where possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
