14-day no-questions refund

If you're not happy with Ketpy Authenticator within 14 days of your first invoice payment, write to team@ketpy.com and we'll refund the full annual fee. No questions asked.

After 14 days

We offer prorated refunds at our discretion if exceptional circumstances apply (extended downtime, undelivered features promised in writing, etc.). Get in touch — we're reasonable.

How long do refunds take?

3-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

What happens to my data after a refund?

Your tenant is suspended immediately. Records are retained for a 90-day grace window in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
